Upload malware or malicious code

Attempt unauthorized access to systems

Send spam or unsolicited messages

Interfere with the Service

Scrape or collect user data

Your Content

You Own Your Content

You retain all ownership rights to the content you create in Teemli, including projects, tasks, documents, and files. We do not claim ownership of your content.

License to Operate

By using Teemli, you grant us a license to host, display, and share your content as necessary to provide the Service (such as showing tasks to your team members).

Content Backup: While we maintain backups, you are responsible for keeping copies of your important data. You can export your content at any time.

Free & Paid Plans

Teemli offers a free tier and paid subscription plans. Paid plans unlock additional features and higher limits.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Teemli is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in San Francisco County courts.
